Having to pee really bad because I've had to poop so bad it almost came out during English, and that was not pretty.
Have a huge, nasty, girl thingy(not that word I know you're thinking) pimple on your face, or a painful nasty boil on your butt?

Cold, you can always wrap up in a blanket to get warm, but when you are warm it is hard to cool off.
